The lining is made of a pineapple print. The hat comes with an elastic-fit comfort band that allows enough stretch to fit most men and women. Max head circumference is 24" which translates to a XL head size. The comfort band fits nice and snug and comfortable and will make the hat adjust to most head sizes.
